2026 Litter — Fully Placed

All puppies from our 2026 litter have now been placed with their new families. We are grateful to each family who trusted The Land of Myrtle Ranch in choosing an Anatolian Shepherd puppy raised on our working Texas ranch.

From an early age, our puppies were raised alongside livestock and introduced to the daily routines of ranch life. They received regular handling and age-appropriate exposure to sheep, cattle, and poultry as they began developing the confidence, awareness, and calm behavior expected of a livestock guardian dog.

Our goal is to raise Anatolian Shepherd Dogs with sound temperament, working ability, and the foundation needed to mature into dependable livestock guardians and faithful companions to the families and animals entrusted to their care.

Moses — Placed

Moses was the final puppy from our 2026 litter to be placed. We are thankful that he has joined a wonderful family and wish him many years of faithful work and companionship in his new home.

Meet Our Sire
Our sire is an active livestock guardian dog working daily with sheep and livestock on our Texas ranch. He demonstrates a calm temperament, strong guardian instincts, and dependable working ability in a pasture-based environment.

Our Breeding Program
Member of the Anatolian Shepherd Dog Club of America (ASDCA)

At The Land of Myrtle Ranch, our breeding program is centered on preserving the Anatolian Shepherd Dog as a dependable livestock guardian. We select our dogs with careful attention to temperament, structure, health, working ability, and the natural guardian qualities needed for ranch life.
Our Anatolian Shepherds come from established, documented AKC-registered bloodlines and are raised and evaluated in a working Texas ranch environment. Our dogs live and work alongside livestock, including sheep and cattle, allowing us to observe their temperament, judgment, and guardian instincts in the environment for which the breed was developed.
